And the old inn – the oldest depiction dates back to the 17th century – also brings back memories of earlier times. Experience history and the sea together with your guests. Aperitif by the Holzsteg (Wooden Bridge):

Your evening begins with a walk to the wooden bridge. With Glühwine, hot apple juice with cinnamon and honey and a piece of “Höfner Dörrfrüchtcheche” you will learn the history of Hurden in the Frauenwinkel nature reserve.

Classic cuisine in the historic guest house

Classics such as roast beef with Béarnaise sauce and potato gratin or veal fillet and beef fillet roasted in one piece in a herb crust have a long tradition, just like our «Rösslistube» in the old guest house.

Fish enjoyment in the lake pavilion

As a traditional fish restaurant, we source freshwater fish exclusively from Switzerland. Perch, whitefish, pike, burbot, roach and salmon trout – straight from the lake to the Rössli kitchen.
